Terms and Conditions

In these terms “We”, “Us” or “Our” means Center Cabinets.
“Goods” means the products manufactured or supplied by Center Cabinets, including kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and related components, and which are the subject of the order made by You.

“You” and “Your” means the person ordering the goods from Center Cabinets.
“Website” means the website located at www.centercabinets.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it.

Price Match Guarantee

To make a Price Match claim, you must submit a competitor’s written quote for our review. The quote must clearly detail the following:

• Company details

• Product(s)

Quotes must be dated within the last 30 days. Prices will only be matched for products that are identical in style, specification, size, colour, material quality, delivery timeframe, and terms of sale.

All price match comparisons must include VAT (if applicable) and delivery charges.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Payment

All prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We accept Visa credit and Visa debit cards.

Once your order is placed and full payment is received, a legally binding contract between you and Center Cabinets will come into effect.

The Contract and Your Right to Cancel

Made-to-measure and custom cabinet orders are classified as “bespoke products” and are therefore exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under applicable consumer regulations.

As these goods are manufactured specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.

While we will make all reasonable efforts to identify any irregularities in your order, the accuracy of all measurements, specifications, and selections remains your responsibility. Center Cabinets cannot be held liable for errors submitted by you.

Any non-custom goods or accessories (if applicable) are not exempt from these regulations, and you may exercise your right to cancel within 14 days of receipt.

Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition. A full refund will be issued once the goods are received and inspected. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Delivery

We will endeavour to fulfill your order by the estimated delivery date stated on the product page at the time of purchase. If this date cannot be met, we will contact you with a revised delivery estimate.

Delivery is deemed complete once the goods are delivered to the address provided by you at checkout.

Most deliveries are carried out by third-party couriers and take place Monday to Friday, typically between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
You must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and report any issues to info@centercabinets.com without delay.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may return the goods to their depot and attempt re-delivery. You will be responsible for any re-delivery charges incurred.

At checkout, you may authorise delivery to a third party (such as a neighbour) or request that goods be left in a specified location. Any such instruction is given entirely at your own risk, and Center Cabinets cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or theft once delivery has been completed.

Any damage or loss in transit must be noted on the courier’s delivery note at the time of delivery and reported immediately to info@centercabinets.com, along with photographic evidence.
Claims for missing or damaged items may be refused if they are not recorded on the courier’s delivery documentation before the courier leaves the premises.

Installation Disclaimer

Center Cabinets shall not be liable for losses arising from delivery delays or circumstances beyond our control.
We strongly recommend that you do not schedule installation or book a fitter until your order has been fully delivered, inspected, and confirmed to be complete and free from defects.
